I was quite impressed by the 31 year old Zach Johnson, who won the Masters on Sunday April 8. I was watching the Masters and quietly I was hoping Tiger could take it home again.

And then they interviewed Zach Johnson after he finished his round with the club house lead. He was in tears when he said two words that caught my attention. He said “My faith…”.

He then mentioned he felt Jesus and his grandfather with him all day.

Jesus then his grandfather. Jesus first.

I found it very interesting especially after watching him all day with such composure and confidence.

Tiger had moments of brilliance like his eagle on the 15th but he never really put it all together.

Congratulations to Zach Johnson and his faith. He scored two victories in my mind today.
